Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Infinity Goods! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Because we work with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders, we can only accept returns in certain situations. Please review the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at infinitygoods198@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send you a replacement or a full refund.

• Incorrect Item Received:
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or issue a refund.

• Change of Mind:
Because each order is processed immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
